What a delay in response, ay? Anyway, My gu...Wow. What a delay in response, ay? Anyway, My guess was lame. It makes perfect sense though. I can see why a largely produced product has to contain these ingredients. Shelf life. I think that if companies want to make money it should be considered to produce organic cooking & baking ingredients. THis way we can produce our own products at home, and those companies can still make their money. These days it's about convienience & money. Both are so important to our culture. Truth is though, that's like the easiest recipe! It would take less time to whip that up (pun intended) than to go out to the grocery store & buy the tub. What's the chance you're going to use the whole thing? So cost could be considered as well.<br /><br />On the other hand. I talk the talk, not walk the walk.
